"Falsch" possesses great energy and a captivating overall tone. It successfully leans into a raw, low-fi-ish vibe, which aligns perfectly with the artist's self-described feminist electro-punk style and their use of snotty programmed drums and synths.
I really appreciate the simplicity yet palpable angst of the production. The elements feel well-integrated, with the drums, vocals, and distortion working really well together. The duet style (guy vs. girl) is particularly effective, adding a dynamic layer to the track's confrontational feel—a strong complement to their anti-establishment lyrics described in their Bio: "Middle fingers are springing up like toadstools here; Contradictions become truths."
🛠️ Constructive Criticism
Arrangement and Variation: I feel the overall arrangement could benefit from a bit more variation, especially leading into and through the last chorus. To give that final section an extra burst of energy and a conclusive push, consider adding a distinct element (a new synth line, an instrumental breakdown, or a dramatic vocal change) to elevate the song's climax.
Mixing: While the current sound is very cool and contributes to the raw aesthetic, the mix could be slightly more "glued" together. Specifically, tightening the cohesion between the programmed drums and the bass/synth layers could give the track a more powerful and unified presence overall, without sacrificing the intended lo-fi edge.
