Digital Download Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Vocal Presets, Stream Deck Icons, and Pro Tools Templates are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been issued or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.
Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" to our inventory. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Compatibility & Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required software and third-party plugins before purchasing.
    •    Vocal Presets: Please verify you own the required plugins (e.g., Waves, Soundtoys, iZotope) as listed in the product description.
    •    Icon Packs: Please ensure you have the compatible hardware (Elgato Stream Deck) or software.
Technical Issues
If you experience any issues with your download link, corrupted files, or installation, we are here to help!

Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a duplicate purchase (buying the exact same product twice in two separate transactions), please contact support within 24 hours with your order numbers for a refund of the duplicate charge.
